Welcome to VibeTest! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VibeTest mobile application ("the App") developed by AxiomWorks ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use the App.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the App to any third party.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers hosting the App.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of AxiomWorks or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Disclaimers & Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AxiomWorks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
6. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the App and to block or prevent your future access to the App at any time for any reason.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be made available within the App or published at this URL. Your continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
